Hi I am trying to copy a letter size A4 it copy’s but when printing it asked to load two pieces of paper but prints on one page two the same on same page

Want to Copy "Letter" size to "A4" size

General Answer

In many cases - again - depending on the printer model - COPY options are limited.

Where available, the Resize options available at the printer control / display panel might not include what you want.

Also important:

If the document / content you want to COPY is two-sided,

then

Your Printer must be capable of 2-sided COPY

OR

You have to copy one side at a time, reload the paper and copy the other side.

Not ideal, but generally doable.

Open your favorite browser > type / enter Printer IP address into URL / Address bar

Tab Copy > Settings > Default Settings / Copy Defaults (wording can vary)
