Freshly installed OfficeJet Pro 9015e and having enormous difficulty finding the answer to two simple questions. Seems in the wealth of info available, cannot finding anything relating to my specific question, printer and associated software. HP Smart was the only software installed at the time of installation.
#1. When doing a quick scan (laying document on glass and hitting scan on the printer menu) I'd like to change the default location of where that scan goes. Currently, it goes into a deep subfolder and I prefer all such quick scans go directly to my desktop. How can I change the default file location?
#2. When using the automatic document feeder to scan let's say a 20 page document, very often there could be a page or two that I really don't need in the scan. With my other printers, I could select the page(s) thumbnails I don't need from the document preview and delete them from the saved scan. I see no ability to do make those page deletions in HP Smart.
HP Smart seemingly has very limited functionality and I am wondering if I'm missing something. Appreciate whatever guidance and wisdom you can share. Thanks

After the software is installed, Restart the computer and log in.
HINT: Watch out for and UNCHECK unwanted extra software
NOTE: Adobe Reader DC software should be installed even if you do not normally open / view / print PDF files directly from the Adobe Reader DC software.
