Delete Email Address from Scan Address Book: No Scan to Email option under IP address

I have an HP Color Laser Jet Pro MFP 3301cdw and it's not letting me delete a Scan to Email address. I've gone to the IP address to try to remove it there but under the Scan option, there's no Scan to Email option. I also don't have a "web services" option on the printer.

The EWS Scan to Email setup is two fold:

1. Create the Email Servers Profile
2. Set the Job defaults

How to set up ‘Scan to Email’ on HP Color LaserJet Pro & HP OfficeJet Pro printers

Open your Browser > Type / enter the Printer IP address into URL / Address bar

1)  Section General > Email Servers

And, next

2)  Section Scan > Scan to Email
