Product: HP DeskJet 3630 All-in-One Printer

Hi, I have chosen this printer because I can connect it with USB cable (so I do not need wifi in my office).

But the connection and the poor help from HP is a nightmare.

For some reasons I can print, but when I want to scan I keep having messages that the scanner cannot be found.

Yesterday I spent hours trying to fix it, removing all the numerous useless softwares from HP, re-installing an older one and somehow it worked. But then today same problem again!

So I can use a USB cable but HP rubbish softwares (HP 'smart' ah ah ah!) keeps focusing on wireless.

On one of the software when choosing USB connexion, on the next page it says to connect the USB cable, but it is already connected and this rubbish stuff cannot see it.

I am SO sick of HP. The devices seems ok but the connections, the software, the various 'support' web pages all leading in different directions make me mad.

This is my last attempt to solve it before I through my printer through the door, jump on it, by Epson and never go back to HP.

If someone has an idea that would be awesome.
