Product: HP DeskJet 2742e All-in-One Printer
Operating System: iOS

My brand new HP DeskJet 2742e All-in-One printer occasionally scans via the HP Smart app on my iPhone and iPad, but most of the time it does not. I get the following message: “Feature Unavailable. This feature is not supported by the
selected printer. Connect to a different
printer to use this feature.”

 

As I said, sometimes it works but more often it doesn’t. How can I fix this so it can scan consistently?
