Hello! I'm having trouble with my printer! When I copy a document that has a full page boarder around it the copy is missing the bottom line of the boarder!!!! Please help i have done page alignment, cleaned printerheads, switched in and off!!

HP Recommended

The printer has a bottom margin of 12,7 mm it can't print under that margin. 

If you are trying to copy a document that has some text under last 12,7 mm of the paper the printer will cut it off.
