Brand new Deskjet 2742e prints fine from computers, but if I try to photocopy, black or color, all I get is a full page of ink. I'm thinking the scanner itself is not working, but wanting to know for sure if I need to return this and get another. Any help is appreciated.

 

Reply from HP support chat was that the printer was bad. Returned.
