Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Digital fax to folder has worked for years. It suddenly stopped, and I can't get it to work again. I have run the setup wizard on both the computer and the printer. Both say it is working, both list the same destination folder path and name--but it's not saving any faxes digitally. They are in the printer--I can print them out, so I'm getting them. I have also installed the printer driver and fax drivers again. I can fax from the computer just fine.
