Product: HP Laserjet MFP M148fdw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Brand new printer and all of the software is installed.  When I try to copy documents using the document feeder I get two messages.  When i load the feeder it says "Document Loaded", when I hit the print button it says "To do an "ID Copy" use the flatbed scanner".  it doesn't matter how many sheets of paper are in the feeder.  I am able to scan documents from the feeder, i just can't copy them.

Hi,

Please click the Start Copy button (figure 7) on the printer to start a copy, it is likely due to incorrectly selecting Copy ID from the Copy menu button, you should unlikely use the Copy Menu button:
