HP Recommended
Product: HP Mobile Fax
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am trying to figure out why a document saved on an external drive can’t be attached to HP mobile fax. Likewise, document saved to Windows10 desktop can’t be attached to HP mobile fax. I end up having to physically print the documents out and scan them back in manually in order for them to fax successfully using HP mobile fax. Is there a setting somewhere that I am missing? Thanks in advance!
