Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 9015 All-in-One Printer

I have an HP 500-214 PC and an HP OfficeJet Pro 9015 printer.  Documents on my PC do not print.  Otherwise documents placed on printer screen do print.  Why do not documents from PC do not print?
