Does HP Smar Tank 790 support duplex adf scanning? That is, when scanning from adf does it scan both side of a page in a single pass?

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

 

HP Smart Tank 790 printer does not support duplex ADF (Automatic Document Feeder) scanning. This means it cannot scan both sides of a page in a single pass. It can only scan one side of a page at a time through the ADF. For duplex scanning, where both sides of a page need to be scanned, you would need to manually flip the pages.
