I tried to do a double sided copy of an A5 original but after the first pass the error message came up saying that the printer did not support this size of copy and to put the original on the glass plate.

 

But I cannot find the original! So what is the path for the original on the first pass, and where is it now so that I can recover it?

 

It is not on the glass nor in the document feeder tray and not in the final tray. So what path does it take between side one and side two?

Yes, this printer does not support the duplex copying of an A5 document. Click here to check the printer secifications.

The original could be stuck in the duplexer.

 

Perform the steps mentioned in this document - Paper Jam Error
