When printing double sided it always flips on the short side even in the option I chose to flip on the long side

Hi,
Try following below specific version of the HP Print and Scan Doctor Utility by selecting your printer:
http://ftp.hp.com/pub/printers/hppsdr/patches/HPPSdr.exe
Be sure to restart your PC and allow the utility to complete the process, then check for any difference.
Try printing and check for any change, if the same remains try printing using the newly added print queue copy (Copy1) and check for any difference.
If there is still no change, what application are you printing from?
Can you see the same results when printing it from any other application?

I still have the issue that it always print double sided by flipping on the short edge even if I chose the long edge on both computers using window 10, I did a factory reset but still getting the same problem, this wasn't the case a couple of months ago, I think it is due to a window update as by printing using Microsoft surface tablet it prints correctly.
