Product: Laserjet pro MFP M283fdw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I want to scan double sided but it is impossible.

On HD smart I can't get the options and when going to the website to download the full package it is not possible.

 

How can I fix this?

 

(Scanning to email also doesn't work).

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

Install HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M283cdw/M283fdw Printer Full Software Solution , Recommendation: download the software first, only then install it.

And use "HP Scan", Manual two-sided scanning works only when the resolution is set to 300 dpi and lower.
