Officejet 6968
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I've had my Officejet 6968 for a year or two year and have used normal scanning without issue. Now I have a 60+ page, double-sided document I need to scan so I figure its time for my to finally use the double-sided scanning on the document feeder.  Well, apparently that doesn't work from Windows so I have to download the latest HP software -- HP Smart. I do that ... but apparently its duplex scanning isn't supported there either. I see some mysterious references here on the forum to "Full Feature Software" but that must be old software because I can't find it at all.

Duplex scanning was the "killer feature" that caused me to buy this model so I'm disappointed that I need some esoteric software to unlock it. How do I get my duplex scanning?
