Dear all,

 

after updating my Mac to Tahoe 26.1 the Application Easy Scan is not running anymore. 

Is there any solution known?

I understand you're experiencing issues with the HP Easy Scan application not running after updating your macOS to Tahoe 26.1. Here are some steps you can follow to try to resolve the issue:
 

Check Compatibility: Ensure that your printer and HP Easy Scan are compatible with the latest version of macOS. Sometimes updates can introduce incompatibility with older software versions.



Reinstall HP Easy Scan:
 

  • Download the latest version of HP Easy Scan from 123.hp.com or your device's app store.
  • Remove the current version from your Mac.
  • Install the newly downloaded version to ensure you have the latest updates and compatibility.


Reset the Printing System:
 

  • Go to System Preferences > Printers & Scanners.
  • Right-click in the Printers list and choose "Reset printing system…".
  • This action removes all printers and scanners but can often resolve issues like this one.


Use HP Easy Admin:
 

  • For enterprises or educational administrators, you can use HP Easy Admin to download the latest HP printing and scanning solutions for deployment.

    Check for macOS Compatibility:
