We have an HP Envy Inspire 7900e printer/scanner. We have uploaded the HP easy scan but it does not seem to connect to the printer. We can't scan unless we use a Microsoft product that isn't easy to use and as a black background.

I see you are facing scanning issues with HP Easy Scan.
Please ensure that MAC OS is updated and reinstall the HP Easy scan and connect the printer.
