Note: From May 1, 2024, the HP Scan and Capture app will no longer be available (retired) in the Microsoft Store and HP will not release any further app updates. We have an HP Envy Inspire 7900e printer/scanner. We have uploaded the HP easy scan but it does not seem to connect to the printer. We can't scan unless we use a Microsoft product that isn't easy to use and as a black background.

I see you are facing scanning issues with HP Easy Scan.

Please ensure that MAC OS is updated and reinstall the HP Easy scan and connect the printer.
