Error B80937EA when scanning with office jet pro 9010 - network laptop was used and now it does this and I cannot scan witih my laptop on same network. It won't print either. I uninstalled and reinstalled and that also did not help. I unplugged the printer and it is sitting idle now but still cannot scan or print from my laptop. Printer is wifi connected and printed network test results so somewhat operational.

I understand you are getting an error message on your HP Printer. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.
We need to perform a Semi full reset to restore the printer back to its original settings.
The reset instructions are specific to your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Community profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link.
