My scanner is suddenly presenting error message: Scanner not connected.
I have unplugged / re-plugged both power and USB cables, re-booted my PC, but the error message continues. Could it be a software problem, like a possible update needed for the scanner program? HELP!
I would be most appreciative of any advice from the the HP community.
