Product: HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M177fw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have an HP M177 printer and a Windows 11 notebook. The printer is used wireless.

- Printing OK

- Scanning : Error message The HP LJ M177 was not found

 

Ran HP Doc. All OK until test scan leading to same error after clicking Test scan

 

Scan worked before.

 

Any suggestion?

Correction: Message is The HP LJ M177 SCAN was not found!

 

All drivers updated

Scan via "HP Scan" generates this message

Test scan in HP DOC generates this message. All other steps OK

All windows and PC software updated

 

Scan via "HP smart" worked!!!!
