Note: From May 1, 2024, the HP Scan and Capture app will no longer be available (retired) in the Microsoft Store and HP will not release any further app updates. Envy Pro 6432
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Ho installato una Envy Pro 6432 e tutto sembrava ok. la stampa andava bene. ma appena ho provato una scansione il programma HP Scan mi dice impossibile trovare HP Envy Pro 6400 series. ho provato con HP Print and Scan Doctor e mi dice che il driver di scansione non riesce a comunicare con il prodotto. 

Ho aggiornato windows 7 Pro. Ho aggiornat tutti i driver con DriverEasy, ho disinstallato e reinstallato la Envy, ho provato sia tramite WiFi che tramite USB. Nulla da fare.... La stampa è OK lo scanner morto. Aiitatemi. Il pc cher uso è un notebook HP Elitebook 8460p. ho provato anche a disabilitare Firewall e Norton, ma senza successo.

Ho poi provato ad installare la stampante su un desktop Lenovo e su quest'ultimo tutto funziona.
