We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about HP Solution Center not working : Adobe Flash Player Error and Unable to Scan.

I got a scanning issue with my HP Color Laserjet 1312 MFP. The output images from the scanner is always faded on the monitor. No issue with the printer except if I printed the scanned images or documents. I sent it to the authorized agent for repair and they charged me for servicing and cleaning as all hardware parts are perfect. I examined it at their place and it was fine. When I used my printer on my computer, the same problem happened: Faint and whitish images. I used the most recent driver on it. I uninstalled it and reinstalled it several times with no avail. I changed the USB connection with new one but again with the same result.

 

I need help. I need an expert opinion to deal with this matter as I fed up with all solutions available. The same result with other computers/laptops at home on USB connection.
