Hi,

Have you installed the HP full Feature Software? you would see an HP Officejet Pro 9010 icon on your desktop or Start Menu if it was installed.

 

If the full software was not installed, follow HP Easy Start offline below and follow the steps on screen, then complete the software installation screens:

Once completing the installation, you would see an additional Fax - HP Officejet Pro 9010 print queue, printing to this queue will display a dialog to add the fax number and fax the print job.
