Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 6978 All-in-One Printer

Hi.  My printer is not printing faxes that come in.  The fax says

 

"Fax log or memory full. Cannot receive or send any more faxes.  Scheduled faxes have been canceled.

 

Help!!

HP Recommended

1. From the printer control panel display, touch Fax .
2. Touch Setup , and then touch Tools.
3. Touch Clear Fax Logs/Memory.
