My account shows 75 pages faxed, but my sent fax history is empty in the app. I need assistance retrieving server-side fax transmission records or confirmation logs associated with my account.

Welcome to HP Community and Thanks for the post. 

I understand that you need assistance with viewing the fax history. Will try to assist you. 

May I know the product number of the printer? Are you able to make a copy or print using the app on your printer?

The procedure to view the history varies from model to model.
