Hello, we have a large number of LaserJet printers in our organization and the fax machines have just stopped working.

98% of the devices are connected to Cisco VGs.

Every time one stops working, our HP rep says it is nothing on their side as everything has been the same for years and it has to be on the phone side that is the problem. 

We have worked with countless engineers with Cisco on the phone side and they can found nothing that would be the issue.

 

Does anyone have any ideas why these devices would just stop communicating with each other?

Or does anyone have instructions and settings on what and how the HP devices should be setup when connected to CUCM?
