Maybe I'm confused. Since moving I no longer have a phone line so the fax feature does not show up on my HP printer like it did before. So, I'm asking if it's possible to fax from and to my printer without a phone line. I only have iPhone.

You would need to sign up for a fax service like Efax. As long as you have an internet connection there are ways to fax without an actual phone line.
