We have a Officejet Pro 9025e.  We are not getting some faxes.  Some come through no problem but others nothing.  We set reports so we know whats coming in and get reports that we received the fax but nothing comes through.

Hello, 

 

Since its an intermittent , looks to me like its an communication line issue. Kindly check for 3 digit error code in the printed report and look for the same in the below listed document (URL) to look for what actions can be taken to fix it.
