I just loaded the HP 24 month trial mobile fax program on my HP Smart and when I tried to upload documents to fax, it would only allow me to upload one page. I tried to upload multiple pages, but it kept overwriting and ended up with just one page. How do I fix this?

Hi @EGPJC,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

Faxing multiple pages with a trial mobile fax program can be done by following these steps.

  1. Install the trial mobile fax program on your mobile device and create an account if required.
  2. Open the app and select the option to send a fax.
  3. Enter the recipient's fax number, including the country code and area code.
  4. Add a cover sheet if desired, which should include the recipient's name, your name, and a message.
  5. Add the documents you want to fax by selecting the "add pages" or "add files" option. You can add multiple pages or files, depending on the app's capabilities.
  6. Review the documents to make sure they are legible and complete.
  7. Tap the send button to start the fax transmission.

It's important to note that the trial mobile fax program may have limitations, such as a maximum number of pages you can fax, or a limited number of faxes you can send during the trial period.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
