Full page not printing

I'm hoping that someone can help with my printing issue. I can't seem to find an answer on HP and I just don't have hours to search or be on the phone.  I bought a brand new HP Printer 2742e (wireless inkjet) and when I print a page from any platform (pdf, word, etc), the printer cuts off the last part of the page printing.  IF it is a printer setting, then please tell me what to do. I hope it is a quick fix.

Welcome to the HP Community.

This printer requires a larger margin along the bottom edge.

Print Margin Bottom (A4)	12.7 mm
Print Margin Left (A4)	3 mm
Print Margin Right (A4)	3 mm
Print Margin Top (A4)	3 mm

Set the print margins to no smaller than that size (1/2 inch) on all sides,

OR

Set the bottom margin to no smaller than 1/2 inch.

Open Subsection:  Private Pickup (HP+ printers only)

Enable / Disable the service to hold the print job until the person who sent it is near the printer.
