@PabitraP1992, Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I understand you're facing an issue where your printer is not copying the full A4 page and instead places the content in a corner. Let's get this sorted out.

This issue typically occurs due to incorrect paper size settings or copy scaling options. Here are the steps to resolve it:

Check Paper Size Settings on the Printer:

  • On your printer's control panel, go to Copy Settings or Setup.
  • Look for Paper Size and ensure it is set to A4 (210 x 297 mm), not "Letter" or any other size.
  • Save the settings.

Adjust Copy Resize Settings:

  • In the Copy menu, find the Resize or Zoom option.
  • Set it to 100% or Fit to Page to ensure the entire document is copied.

Align the Document Properly:

  • Place the original document face down on the scanner glass.
  • Align it with the top-left corner or as indicated by the alignment guides.

Check for Margins or Cropping Settings:

  • Some printers have a "Copy Margins" or "Clip to Contents" setting.
  • Make sure it's set to "Add to Contents" or "Fit to Page" to avoid cutting off parts of the document.

Update Firmware (Optional but Recommended):

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
