I have worked with two different Virtual Agents, I have tried all the trouble shooting, I have posted on community boards, tried two different phone numbers for HP and have not resolved my issue.  The first phone said because of a high volume of calls, they couldn't help me and hung up. The second call wanted a magic number from either of the virtual agents I typed with and I was unable to give them a number because neither virtual agent gave me a number. I spent 90 minutes trying to fix this yesterday and another hour today with out any luck. Can anyone tell me how to contact a real person at HP. I am extremely frustrated.
