Hallo zusammen,

 

gibt es hier neue Erkenntnisse? Stehe vor dem gleichen Problem, wenn auch mit einem anderen Drucker.

 

Dieser soll OCR haben und macht es aber nicht. Es wird nirgends eine Einstellmöglichkeit dazu geboten!

 

HP Support hat sich sogar auf meinen Laptop geschaltet und X-Mal die Installation, wie ich sie auch schon durchgeführt habe, durchgeführt und stand dann immer genau wie ich wie dumm vor dem Auswahlfeld, indem nur PDF und nicht durchsuchbare PDF auszuwählen war.

 

Bin sonst soo zufrieden mit meinem neuen OfficeJet Pro 9132e, aber so ist er nahezu unbrauchbar für mich!!!
