I have a HP Envoy 7800, wireless, all in one printer. It works fine when printing documents from my iMac Retina 5K. However, it has become painfully, glacially slow when copying anything from the flatbed scanner of when putting documents through the  document feeder. Help?

Hi,

A such likely occurs due to a wrong paper configuration for the printer.

Open and close the paper tray and evaluate the shown prompt, ensure that the Paper Type is set correctly as Plain Paper and the required paper size is selected, click No or Edit to change the current settings.

Generally, copying would be much slower when the paper setup is set for Photo Paper as an example.

ShlomiL . . .  Thank you so much. That fixed it. I'm such a moron. I've had the printer for two years and have no idea how the paper selection got changed to Photo instead of Plain paper.

Thanks again.
