Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

We have 2 scan flow 5000 S2 and in both devices we have the same issue. It does not get the paper to scan and it gets the following error:

 

no document was found on the AAD EX = 2006

 

I have cleaned all the rolling pieces but no luck. Any idea anyone?
