Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Problem with my HP scan utility program scanner communicates with computer and when you click "done" window comes up asks if you want to "save" when you say yes "save as window locks" so you cannot save the scan that was successfully sent from the HP 4306 to the HP 19-2304
