Dear team, 

I bought new HP 2723 inkjet printer from Amazon few days back, however after setting up printer using HP SMART mobile app on wifi, I noted that printer is working fine. However there is issue in scanning and copier (xerox) printing. Both scan and copier are coming with yellow tint on image during color scan, however black and white scan and copier is coming almost blank, hardly any thing is visible. 

Kindly assist me in getting this resolved, else I will initiate product return on Amazon. 

I am attaching sample color and black and white scans along with actual pic scanned.
