Scan to email keeps throwing invalid credentials when configuring.

Logon details are correct.

Credentials accepted and working under configure alerts in EWS but same settings do not work in the scan to mail configuration.

Many thanks for your response however we are using a standard smtpauth configuration on port 587. Two step verification is not enabled. We can connect to the server via telnet and authenticate without an issue. 

 

The confusing part is that the settings work perfectly when configuring the alerts on the EWS but the same settings do not work when configuring the Scan to Mail on the EWS.
