Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Let's run a fax test:

From the top of the screen, touch or swipe down the tab to open the Dashboard, and then touch ( Setup ). 4. Touch Fax Setup . 5. Touch Tools , and then touch Run Fax Test. The printer displays the status of the test on the display and prints a report.

Make sure the fax is set up the right way: https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c04935044

Let me know if this helps.

If the information I've provided was helpful, give us some reinforcement by clicking the Accepted Solution and Kudos buttons, that'll help us and others see that we've got the answers!

Thanks!

Have a great day!
