Product: HP Photosmart 6510 e-All-in-One Printer - B211a

I bought ink cartridges from Amazon. Color cartridges were packaged with HP packaging. The black cartridge was after market. I took that black cartridge out and bought a genuine HP black cartridge. I installed the genuine HP black cartridge and they said genuine, but also said the color cartridges not genuine HP. Now the printer shows it is on line and connected, but HP software says wrong Wi-Fi address. Also now the color cartridges show empty. The yellow cartridge is listed as counterfeit. HP says I need to sign up for the ink program before updating software. I will not sign up for that if the printer does not work.
