Common problems HP Solution Center not working : Adobe Flash Player Error and Unable to scan
We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about HP Solution Center not working : Adobe Flash Player Error and Unable to Scan.
HP Recommended

I open HP Smart to scan. It requires me to sign into my HP account. It then tells me itis loading my account info. Then it takes me back to the previous screen where I can select print, scan, etc. I click on Scan and it takes me to the sign on screen for my HP account. It does this continually. I uninstalled HP Smart and reloaded. Worked for about a week. Now back tot he same issue. Also, will not accept HP 902XL ink

I'd be happy to help.

The HP Smart App has some issue. It should be ok by the next update.

What error do you get regarding the ink? Do you've any spare ink?
