My HP 7640 used to print card stock, now it is not. it jams every time and prints a blank page

Welcome to the HP Community Forum.

 

Perhaps until something else changes - that (card) paper should not be used again.

What?  Constant jamming can eventually (suddenly) result in issues with more than just one type of paper.

 

If you have not done so,

Ideas >> Try / Consider --

 

If the paper is a new package, check that it is compatible (size, type, weight)

Printer might be in need of being cleaned or in need of general maintenance.

Paper might be too dry, too damp, curled, or otherwise unsuitable.

Open your favorite browser > type / enter Printer IP address into URL / Address bar

Tab Settings > Preferences > Tray and Paper Management
