My 4520 printer is completely unresponsive, blue screen only, no error message, no other lights, touch screen unresponsive. I did the unplug, hold power button, & replug reset, no avail. Cannot remove cartridges as they will not center when I open the lid. Does not respond to print commands from any source. Does not respond to printer software from my computers start menue. Ran scan doctor, no avail.

Suggestions?
