Product: HP ENVY Photo 7855 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Chrome OS
 
My printer is operational from an HP ENVY 7800 to my Asus Chromebook. The Scan option does not work. (from settings ...advanced, printer....Scan....goes to error "Couldn't start scanning" ...with help icon that opens how to set up a printer??
