I am able to scan documents from the ADF via the desktop App to a folder.
I can't scan the some documents from the ADF using the control panel on the printer.
The document scans but doesn't appear to save anywhere.
Does anyone know how to solve this problem?

Can you go to the computer settings and activate the MS update?
After that, try the scan again and let us know if that resolves the issue.
