You can usually update the firmware through the printer's settings menu or by visiting the HP support website and downloading the latest firmware for your specific printer model. Update the firmware on an HP printer
  • Reset Fax Settings: If the issue persists, you may want to try resetting the fax settings on your printer to their default values. This can often resolve configuration-related issues. Refer to your printer's user manual for instructions on how to reset the fax settings.
