Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8710 All-in-One Printer

I tried to copy on my HP 8710 Officejet Pro all in one printer. It said starting copy but just stay there. I unplugged the printer from the back, then the plug-in wall.  Waited 60 seconds or so then plugged it back in outlet, then into printer tried again then the same thing.' happened. wouldn't copy. Any suggestions. Thank you..
