I recently purchased a new 9015E and set it up as I have all my previous HP Printers. Several weeks later I needed to scan something to a USB removable. I keep getting a message to insert the usb in the port, but it was already in. I took it out- tried again a number of times and finally ran out of time and found another solution. Then I went back to find the issue. I ended up on a chat with a HP Tech guy -- he finally asked for control of my printer.. I said ok.. figuring he would do better that way.. BOY WHAT A MISTAKE.. HE not only messed up the printer -- couldn't understand the issue, and since then the printer has not worked right.
I'm resetting the printer back to factory settings, but the Port is not working and still does not recognize the USB drive.???
Both front and back ports don't work..
